A mechanical insulation contractor installs thermal, acoustic, and fire-protective insulation on a building’s mechanical systems — ductwork, piping, boilers, chillers, tanks, and equipment — rather than on walls or attics. The work controls heat loss and gain, prevents condensation on chilled systems, protects personnel from hot surfaces, and keeps systems compliant with the energy code.
K. Guller Insulation is strictly commercial and industrial. We do not perform residential insulation. Our crews work as subcontractors to mechanical contractors, HVAC contractors, and general contractors, and directly for facility and plant owners on retrofit and maintenance work

Fiberglass, elastomeric, and cellular glass insulation for domestic water, hydronic, steam, condensate, and refrigerant piping.
Boilers, chillers, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, and air handlers.
Hot systems (steam, high-temperature hot water) and cold systems (chilled water, refrigeration) including full vapor-barrier work to stop condensation.
UL-listed penetration firestop systems that restore the fire rating where pipe, duct, conduit, and cable pass through rated walls and floors.
Duct liner, lagging, and acoustic treatments that cut mechanical noise transmission.
Custom reusable blankets and jackets for valves, flanges, strainers, and equipment that require periodic maintenance access.
